Christopher is the Visualisation Director at Viella Land, Skyscape Technologies and Founder and Director of PreConVision Limited.
PreConVision are a Multi-Award Winning Creative Studio Space based in Central London, with an in-house capability to deliver high quality architecture, engineering and construction logistics, planning and phasing visualisations to aid in project and development master-planning. Our studio has made a very positive contribution to Tier 1 Contractors, Private House-builders and Property Developers to their Work Winning bid process. With a highly experienced team consisting of Architect’s, Project Managers, 3D Artists, Award Winning Professionals, Voice Over Artists and Motion Graphic Designs – our studio has helped our clients win 34 number bids that totalled approximately £5.4 Billion over the past 8 years within London, and across the United Kingdom.

Christopher joined Mace in July 2013 as a Construction Visualiser Manager at the Moorgate London Office as part of the planning team within its construction support services, focusing on 4D modelling for competitive tender bids. In 2014 Christopher was promoted to Senior manager level to Head of 4D Visualisations of Construction Bids where he employed 10 no. persons from design, architecture, interior design and 3D modelling backgrounds to form a unique internal 3D/4D studio within Mace. The 4D studio increasingly adds value to the Mace business by supporting winning competitive tender bids to a total value of £4 billion where we create compelling 3D & 4D visualisations of the construction process from inception to completion.
Christopher previously worked for Sir Robert McAlpine for 7 years. At Sir Robert McAlpine, Christopher has worked on numerous prestigious office developments across central London as a Package Manager, Engineer, and as part of London Region’s BIM Team creating 3D and 4D modelling for live projects across central London and 3D construction sequences for competitive tender bids.
At the University of Westminster, Christopher was awarded a First Class Honours Degree in Architecture (RIBA Part 1 accredited) and gained company sponsorship by Sir Robert McAlpine to study at Reading University where he completed a Master’s Degree in Project Management (RICS accredited).
